What the Trees Said – Our Bellies

We have missed you
stepping lightly
patting our
bellies
soft
small palms
leaning
into us
when you
are weary.

Try This:

Spiritual Practice – Find a tree you like. Place both palms upon its bark. Feel the rough bark surface against your hands. Listen. Lean your weight against the tree. Look.
